Tips :
Make sure you have a very stable position.
Keep your back straight and bend your legs.
Keep the loads you carry close to your body.
Wear non-slip shoes that support the ankle.
Make sure there is proper lighting, particularly in the stairwell, the cellar and the attic.
Distribute the tasks according to skills without overestimating yourself.
Transport heavy and bulky objects on wheels.
Have heavy or bulky furniture carried by at least two people.
